I want to see every legitimate asilum seeker get it from the closest country that can provide it.

Billions of dollars have been spent on the country of Haiti over generations buy a dozen countries yet the monies and resources have not found its way to the people that need it.

There is still a huge amount of undocumented people entering the United States and Millions of unaccounted for persons floating around the country.

This causes many problems.

Stress at entry points in the United States.

Stress on sanctuary cities

Technology exists that can get financial resources to those who need it.

A new population of persons who were probably exploited before they got into the United States with little or no protection.

According to Polk County Florida Sheriff Grady Judd, the federal government provides undocumented immigrants DHS gave them a form that allows them ton fly free. There were victims of human trafficking, were operating out of NY and flying to major metropolitan cities and they were human trafficked and were required to pay their handlers $3,000 a week or they were threatened.

The US constitution holds that once someone enters a state they are to enjoy the same protections as any resident of that state enjoys.

https://www.technologyreview.com/2018/04/12/143410/inside-the-jordan-refugee-camp-that-runs-on-blockchain/ there is a refugee camp in Jorden for Syrian refugees that utilizes blockchain technology that lets refugees obtain food and nessassities with an iris scan and the account is debited appropriately. When someone comes into the United States an account could be set up for them. The account could be used nation wide and when the immigrant moves around the country the host cities and states can request that the new resident needs, the federal government can then provide additional resources. Authorities will then be able to track who is where. Census data will be more accurate as well. This also cuts a state’s ability to siphon off benefits meant for people.
