AT&T Roadside assistance is a great benefit to have, until you try and use it.

I was coming home at night last night and about a mile from my house I slammed on the breaks to just miss Bambi. I did miss him/her and then I felt a thump and it felt like something was hitting the van. I slowed down the hitting sound decreased. I pulled into my garage and there was something that looked like a streamer under the tire. I tried to pull it out and the tire deflated.

I called AAA. Apparently I had used 3 cals this year and they would change the tire for $90.00.

I called At&T roadside assistance, they said they would arrive in 45 minutes. After 45 minutes they called and said they would be out in under an additional our. At 1:30 am they called and said they would be out between 7 and 8 am. At just before 8 am they called and asked if I minded if they came out at 10 am. I did mind, I need my van for something important. They said they would find someone else to come out They called back and told me they found someone who could be at my house in 90 minutes but I had to pay $35.00; as I write this I a waiting for them.

It has been 90 minutes he is not here! I called At & t Roadside assistance and they told me he was 20 minutes awayThe tow truck driver did not want to change the tire. He just towed the van to Mavis discount tire.
